ola!
che dire di quasi 5 mesi di viaggio.. se nn sbaglio...
l australia e' immesa la natura forte e spazi immensi , immensi.
persone rilassate aperte gioiose ed amichevoli. tanto!
animali mai visti possum, cancuri serpenti...
la foresta tropicale e' fittissima, ti mangia , ti fa perdere!
la cultura aborigena e' profonda e star radicata alla terra. una tra le tribu piu antiche su qst pianeta.
poi la nova zelanda con la sua flora e fauna dolce e gentile. stra accogliente. facile rispetto a ozi ozi!
ho camminato tantissimo nell isola del sud... un po mi sentivo sulle alpi, pero senza toma e salami!
la natura sembra incontaminata... sembra. no predatori qui c erano solo uccelli! wow. e' una sensazione incredibile camminare in una natura dove nn c e pericolo!
poi sn tutti a piedi nudi..ovunque!
per ora continuo il mio viaggio serena. lavoro studio e imparo. giro vedo posti nuovi incredibili magici . cascate enormi di acqua blu. vermi che si illuminano la notte appesi agli alberi scogliere e assaggi frutta sub tropicale.
immersa nella permacutura ancora per un pochino...
tra non tanto il vsto scade e volo in australia ancora alla riceca di caldo e balene :D

buongiorno!!!
qui qualche news dopo una settimana australiana :)
il volo e' stato lunghino: scalo a dubai e singapore. vedere l australia dall alto fa proprio impressione. distese enormi di deserto e o foreste.
larissa mi e venuta a prendere all areoporto e sono stata da lei qlc gg a melbourne. grattacieli misto antico chiese cattedrali e parchi a non finire. un giardino botanico enorme con piante enormissime mai viste perima d ora. ho incontrato un sacco di backpakers carinissimi...
poi mi sono spostata all interno su un fiume che si chiama murray river. bagno sole e cittadina stile texano!!! qui fa un caldo incredibile :)
ora invece sn a sydney tra un pochino vado in spiaggia
hasta pronto :)

Patch Adams participated in the Easter Conference in Tamera, which brought together 30 peace workers, leaders and visionaries from all over the world in order to deal with the possibility of changing the world. Patch Adams is an American doctor, clown, artist, social activist and founder of the Gesundheit Institute that is envisioned as a free, full-scale hospital and health care eco-community. In a short interview Patch described his deep impression from Tamera community, his love to the people and to the ideas he encountered, and his wish for a future cooperation. Walk About Love 2009 - A journey to create a new reality!
On the 1st of March 2009, we will embark on an exciting journey of creating new reality, reality of love, joy, peace, social change and environmental responsibility.
We will walk the entire length of Israel, starting in the South and ending up in the North. We will cross the desert, climb to the mountain peaks, meander through valleys and rivers, follow the coast line and explore the forests. On our journey we will pass through farms, villages, towns and big cities, carrying with us the word of love and joy and spreading it around to all the people of this land.
We will be celebrating at music and culture festivals, bringing our joy to humanity with street parties and circus shows in the cities and villages along the trail, reviving the peace with co-existence and tolerance between the nations activities and creating the change with workshops and activities that promotes awareness, environmental responsibility and social involvement.

On this walk, we will use constructive, non-violent actions to SAFELY spread the seeds of brotherly love, peace and co-existence to everyone along the way.ֲ This is not a protest journey against any war in particular: it is a practical action against the idea of war aimed at changing the sociological and environmental situation in which war is fostered.ֲ It is a practical action to deepen and spread the awareness of love in ourselves and in our brothers and sisters that we will meet along the way.

RIFUGIO PER LA NOTTE
Attraverso l'osservazione, l'analisi e l'insegnamento del mondo animale, costruiremo un rifugio semplice usando materiali locali.

ESERCIZI DI APERTURA DEI SENSI
Meditazione del cammino della volpe. Impareremo ad acuire i nostri sensi al fine di ottenere informazioni dall’ambiente, per inserirci meglio e comunicare con il mondo vivente che ci circonda. In questo modo ci sentiremo più comodi e sicuri in mezzo alla natura.

QI GONG DELLA NATURA
Imparare a relazionarci con il mondo naturale che ci sta attorno, in particolare con gli uccelli rapaci (l’aquila per gli Apache simboleggia il divino) connettendosi con loro. Sperimentare l’acqua fredda quando ci troviamo in diversi stati energetici.

ESERCIZI DI INTUITO
Ottenere le conoscenze del mondo circostante, “lo spirito che si muove attraverso tutte le cose” per comprendere, prevenire, anticipare quello che succederà, che animale si sta avvicinando , che cosa c’è dopo la curva.

REALIZZAZIONE DI UN CUCCHIAIO IN LEGNO
Entrare in connessione con il fuoco, il legno e la comunità attraverso la realizzazione del tuo personale cucchiaio di legno usando le braci del fuoco.
Passeremo I pomeriggi attorno al fuoco esercitando la nostra abilità di comunicazione tribale, condividendo e parlando con il cuore secondo “Il Metodo del Consiglio” di JackZimmerman.
Durante tutto il workshop cercheremo di cucinare attorno al fuoco. Ci avvicineremo al tema della Ricerca dell’Obbiettivo personale : qual’è l’obbiettivo nella mia vita? Cosa devo fare per poterlo realizzare ?

COSTO: 70’euro.

Where there was pain, let healing awaken.

Where nations were divided, let sympathy for planet earth lead to shared responsibility.

We have come as a reminder:
If we want planet earth to survive, then all the walls of separation must fall, the walls between peoples, between Israel and Palestine, between Europe and Africa, between the so-called first and third world. And likewise with the walls that we have erected in our own psyches, the walls between the genders, and the walls between humans and all creatures.

May all displaced people find a home. May the pure indigenous wisdom and source gain recognition and respect.

May the people who are willing to risk their lives for truth and justice receive the protection they need. May the voice of justice and truth and compassion and solidarity with all beings be heard all over the world, and may it spread and become a powerful movement that stands for the protection for life and planet Earth.

May the seed of peace communities blossom. and may the first self-sufficient communities be a sign and show that it is possible to develop societal systems which resonate with the universal laws of love and compassion, and of truth and abundance of life. May we become carriers of hope for all who come after us.

May we set visible signs which show that the eternal life will win over all systems of wrong power, of destruction and exploitation.

We have come as a reminder of the original beauty and truth of life:
Every living being has a right to be free and to unfold, a right to love, and a right to genuine truth and trust. Let us set examples for overcoming violence wherever we are. Let us stand up for life and for love so that fear can vanish on earth. Let us form a worldwide circle of power to safeguard all creation.

qualche giorno fa sono tornata da Damanhur. Io e matteo abbiamo lavorato lì. abbiamo aiutato a costruire una casa di paglia e iniziato a scoprire come funziona e cosa succede in uno degli ecovillaggi/centri di ricerca/centri spirituali più grandi del mondo.
ma cos' è Damanhur?

WALKING FOR PEACE.

I miei amici di Tamera, dove ho vissuto in Portogallo, hanno iniziato pochi giorni fa un pellegrinaggio attravereso la foresta amazzonica. il pellegrinaggio si svolgerà in Colombia esattamente in una delle aree più "hot" del mondo. l' idea è quella di portare un messaggio di pace e creare un centro di aducazione per la pace anche in aree di crisi come questa. già da diversi anni Tamera collabora e sostiene un progetto a S josè de apartado. date un occhi a qst sito per maggiori info:

The Pilgrimage will begin on the evening of September 30th with an official opening and celebration in San José with Sabine Lichtenfels, Padre Javier Giraldo and Benjamin von Mendelssohn.

On the 01st October the whole group (ABOUT 400 PEOPLE) will leave together for a 5 day pilgrimage through the area. With between 7 - 9 hours walking per day, the pilgrimage will go through mountainous and jungle areas. At times the walking will be physically challenging.

On the 06th October the group will arrive back in San José and on the 07th October the Global Campus will begin, lasting for 10 days.

New Activism is Needed

I want to share with you some thoughts about my life as a peace worker in training. The anger at injustice was seeded in my heart when I was a child. My parents told me that all the human beings are equals and that we have to share all that we have with everyone. But I couldn't understand why other people lived in the streets while we lived in a comfortable house. I became a little bit older and my parents warned me that if I tried any kind of drug, I'd end up being a junky. But I couldn't understand how that fit together with their own addictions like cigarettes, coffee and shopping.
My parents taught me to love animals; but they also taught me how to eat them. When I asked my parents about sexuality, they said that, "sex is a beautiful thing that you should have only with your wife who will be the love of your life." But when all the family would watch "Dynasty" together [a masterpiece TV melodrama], they put their hands over my eyes whenever there was an erotic scene on the screen.

My parents taught me to pray for peace. But they also taught me that I should go into the army to protect my country and to fight my enemies -- the Arabs. When I asked my parents about who was here, in the holy land, before the state of Israel was established, they answered: "No one." But when I read some history books, I realized that this land was settled hundreds of years before mostly by Palestinian farmers.

I'm thankful and grateful to my parents and for all the things they gave me - among them my life. I believed my parents when they told me there is no justice in this world. But somehow this thought didn't damage my belief that I should and can change that. On the contrary, since my childhood I could feel my responsibility to the whole planet to which I'm deeply connected. I knew that no one is happy until every one is happy; no one is free until every one is free.

For a long time in my life the meaning of this sentence was that I'm not allowed to be happy. How can I be happy when I know what is happening in Africa, in Colombia, in Tibet, in Palestine? I became an angry activist in the first line of the anarchist Israeli movement. We cut fences and blocked bulldozers, and we were arrested again and again. I enjoyed being the radical big hero with not a small ego. I felt that, like the American activist Rachel Corrie who was killed in Gaza strip while she was protecting a Palestinian house from being demolished, I could also give my life for the freedom of Palestine, for the end of the occupation. Rachel would now be twenty-nine years old, like me. But she gave her life for the Palestinian struggle when she was only twenty-three years old.

In this struggle, the Palestinians changed from enemies into friends, my comrades of a combined struggle. We had totally different thoughts about women's rights, animal rights, hierarchy, and other core issues, so we were united not by a common vision but by a common enemy -- the Israeli state. It was clear that when the occupation ended, we wouldn't have anything to talk about. I said that I believed in the co-existence of Israelis and Palestinians, but I didn't have any picture or vision for it.

From demonstration to demonstration, from action to action, I started to realize the depth and the wide scale of the crisis areas in the world: I witnessed the crisis area in which my enemies, the soldiers, are living in. I witnessed the crisis area in my heart, the crisis area in my wounded trust in people, and the crises area in the area of love. I realized that we, as activists, are doing the same thing as our parents: we tell them and we tell all the world that we want peace, but we are looking forward for the next conflict with the soldiers. We speak about solidarity, but we are hiding our jealousy, comparison and competition. We are shouting against the consuming culture and its systematic sexist brain washing, but we are afraid to approach each other. So often we need alcohol as an excuse for a physical contact between man and woman. We say that all the world should live without any borders, in small communities instead of states, but we can't even deal with the issue of washing dishes in our community. We know so well what we are against, but we don't have a clue what we are for.

In the last few years, since I've been in contact with Tamera, I started to understand this anarchistic sentence in a different way: if no one is happy until everyone is happy, then I should be happy in order to allow other people to be happy as well. I should free myself in order to support another's freedom. In other words: Be the change you want to see in the world, not only as a slogan but as a concrete question. What does it mean for a concrete project in ME? My task is to be happy - not to forget the madness in the world, and also not to forget my deep responsibility for creating another world; not to be ashamed of my privileges as a white middle-class man, but to use them for creating another world -- here and now.

I still want to give my life to the revolution, but now in a positive way -- not to die for it but to live it fully, to dedicate my life, to give it all of my efforts, my spirit, my energy. I want to be a servant of the transformation and healing; in this way, to make a truthful contact, to find a calm space between humans, to listen to each other and to reflect each other, to create new spaces and new structures of trust. This is new activism for me. This is the quiet revolution in which I'm active these days.

As a student here in Tamera, I found myself rehabilitating again and again my inner crises area, knowing that my personal issues are global issues. As we all deal with the wish for security, safety and intimacy, we all search for being part of the unity again; and we all trying to bridge the gap between the fairy tales about the prince and princess who lived happily ever after -- to the reality which doesn't include any princes, or includes much more than one princess...

I believe in this project because of its complexity and its holistic perspective. In order to achieve peace we can't fight nature and the animals. In order to achieve peace, we need to include in our peace work not only the Middle East, but the whole world. In order to achieve peace we need to find new ways for raising children. We can't create a new peace culture without new answers of alternative technology. We can't live a full life in an isolated way, separating ourselves from other people and separate ourselves from God. We can't live in peace as long we are still fighting our deepest longings and desires.

I believe in this project because it allows me to touch my truth, to express it and to live it. This is peace work because truth builds trust, and trust is the basis for peace. I believe that a Peace Research Village in the Middle East can change the whole world by creating a strong field of a new culture in a acupuncture point on the globe. For this we need Israelis, Palestinians and people from all over the world that will commit to a life in peace, in truth and in trust with each other -- as a live model which will prove that reconciliation is possible. This project gives me a new vision for how peace can be achieved and how it can be lived, because it emphasizes that, as life is not only a lack of death, and health is not only a lack of disease, peace is not only a lack of war. Peace is a new path of life that we still need to imagine, to envision and to dream of.

For this dream I need your help; I ask your help. There is an urgent need to move from talking into action. A lot of words were said on this stage in the last four days. Now it's time to start thinking about the next step, about the day after the Summer University. What kind of change will we commit to in our life? It is too easy to go back to sleep now, to say, "I had amazing days of inspiration and new contacts and now I go back to school or to work." I could say, "I gave my speech and now I can go rest." But the world situation demands from us a new kind of activism. We are not allowed any more to say, "We didn't know," or "This is how it is; there is nothing for us to do." We are not allowed to lie anymore to our children, and we are not allowed to lie to ourselves anymore. We have to choose every day, every minute and every second, between making war and making peace, or making love. The time is running out. It's zaman el-salam, zman leshalom. It is time for peace. INSHALLA. AMEN.

La calotta polare sta scomparendo. Orsi polari a rischio estinzione.
Roma, Italia — I ghiacci dell'Artico stanno scomparendo.
È l'ennesimo grido d'allarme sugli effetti del riscaldamento globale. Dopo i record negativi registrati nel 2005 e nel 2007, il 2008 conferma un agghiacciante trend nella riduzione della calotta polare. In grave pericolo gli orsi polari.
La calotta polare – costituita dai ghiacci che poggiano sul livello del mare - ha sempre avuto un andamento ciclico, raggiungendo l'estensione minima a fine estate, per poi riformarsi in autunno e inverno. Il picco dell'estensione minima è passato dai 5 milioni di chilometri quadrati di settembre 2005, ai 4,3 milioni del 2007. Ora siamo nuovamente attorno 5 milioni di chilometri quadrati, ma con ancora tre settimane di estate artica da affrontare.

La rapidità con cui si stanno registrando i cambiamenti nell'Artico ha portato gli scienziati della NASA ad affermare che la perdita totale della calotta polare potrebbe avvenire tra appena 5-10 anni, ben prima del 2030, termine indicato l'anno scorso. Il fenomeno è in drammatica accelerazione.
Se la calotta polare dovesse scomparire non ci saranno effetti sull'innalzamento del livello dei mari, ma sarebbe forse la fine per gli orsi polari, la cui sopravvivenza è già oggi messa alla prova. Qualora, invece, dovessero fondersi i ghiacci su terraferma della Groenlandia, il livello degli oceani aumenterebbe invece di circa 7 metri, con costi gravissimi per l'economia mondiale e ingenti perdite di vite umane.
Di fronte a una simile tragedia, nulla sembra fermare gli appetiti delle maggiori economie del mondo, come Usa, Canada, e Russia, pronte a darsi battaglia per saccheggiare le riserve petrolifere dell'Artico, ora accessibili a causa del ritiro dei ghiacci. Una logica perversa che spingerà il Pianeta dritto verso il collasso climatico.
Secondo Greenpeace è ancora possibile evitare di superare il "punto di non ritorno", ma occorre ridurre il più velocemente possibile la nostra dipendenza dai combustibili fossili, puntando su fonti rinnovabili e misure di efficienza energetica.

Io e Matteo abbiamo partecipato ad un corso tenutosi presso l' agriturismo PRA 'D MILL sull' agricoltura sinergica.
Una breve introduzione sull' agricoltura sinergica:

I SPENT THERE NEARLY ONE WEEK , NOT MORE, BUT ENOUGHT FOR SHARE NICE MOMENTS ALL TOGETHER.
LA FERME, THE FARM WERE ALL THE GUYS ARE LIVING, WILL BE NEARLY EMPTY. THIS SOUNDS CRAZY TO ME!

TAMERA ,first of may 2008.
About two hundred people gather today , in the Aula, in order to celebrate the beginning of the new Monte Cerro year.
Approximately fourty new students participate in the encounter.
Nine different nationalities (England, Israel, Italy, Holland, USA) will render the new group even more international than the last two last years of university.
Moon Rider, the gospel Tamera's choir, opened the matinèe with a portuguese, perky, rythmic heartful song . Rico , the main singer, pointed out : “ We want to sing a song which reminded all of us why we are here : how to heal a culture, how to change it! ”.
After a very long round of applause for the sonorus performance Juliane Eckmann introduced with simplicity and clarity the new Monte Cerro year . She also gave a warm welcome to all the new third year students.
Juliane reminded how Tamera is involved in a global level because the work that we are doing here is a benefit for the whole planet. “We all are part of the same world . We all are one like a planetary body”, she underlined.
It is foundamental to direct our forces toward a peace culture and not to encrease a culture of war and violence.
Juliane remarked how Monte Cerro Peace Education is a path of joy and inner deep decisions, vital for the world in which we are living in because it makes no more sense to go on living a habitual life when the whole world is in a rapid tranformation.
The matinèe had been enlivened by 3 songs which brought the participant to a joyfull communitarian dance.
The meeting carried on with a speech from Benjamin von Mendelssohn which diffused hope and power of change in a world which needs love and compassion .
“To live in Tamera means to live in a laboratory. In a project in which a movement for a free earth has been created. The main aim of the three years Monte Cerro Peace Education is how to carry on these foundamental topics of inconditional love, truth and trust between human beeings.”

Again clay building.
Me and Matteo we had a lovely week in a small "clay village" .
Emmanuel is a man with long life story. He is really interesting and insipiring person.
He lives with his big family near by Tamera.
They are 6. him, his wife and 4 kids.
We had the possibility to learn a lot and improve our kwnoledge about eco-building.
Be in his place wasn' only a gopod learnig process about architecture but i will say a life learnig week!
we had such a deep and greate talks all together about spirituality, glogal awerness, Permaculture,...

We had to plaster the inside wall of a small temple wich they are building. The idea is to offer a place where all the people from the small villages around can benefit.

This family gave us a lot of trust and responsability . We could really try out every thing and make experiments with the plaster... what a good way of learning!

matteo was with me, this was some how unbelievable !
We saw each other after 5 month of "indipendent life style".
The time that we spent together was incredible good.
Looking foward to see him again but as always i don' t know when :D !!!

Un giro intorno al lago per scoprire un nuova vita.

Tamera, sud Portogallo.
21 febbraio 2008, ore 11:00 come fossero parte di un variopinto bouquet circa venti persone di più di 5 nazionalità diverse si sono oggi riunite per scoprire l' incredibile progetto di Permacultura attivato in Tamera .
Sepp Holzer -definito il ribelle agricolo- ha accolto calorosamente il gruppo.
“siete sconvolti nel vedere cosa abbiamo realizzato, vero?” con questa domanda il ribelle ha aperto il suo discorso. Davanti agli occhi dei visitatori incuriositi un enorme lago si estende.
Un progetto nato , come Sepp, evidenzia dalla necessità di questa terra. “La natura ci parla, dobbiamo solo imparare a leggere il libro della natura”- continua- “Sono arrivato qui la prima volta ed ho visto questa terra così secca, arida. Una terra la cui acqua non fa altro che scivolare via velocemente.” Secondo Holzer non esistono terreni incoltivabili, siamo noi uomini che non sappiamo capirli , abbiamo perso la capacità di collaborare con la natura.
“Voglio creare un sistema olistico nel quale sia possibile creare una relazione simbiotica tra piante uomini ed animali. Un ambiente nel quale la natura sia autosufficiente.” continua in un divertente dialetto austriaco che fa sorridere tutti. “Creare l' indipendenza da industrie ,come quelle dei fertilizzanti è uno dei miei obbiettivi.
Come però riuscire a creare un sistema che ci permetta di vivere in autosufficienza?
L ' idea di Holzer è chiara : ”Una visione olistica è la risposta. Creare una relazione simbiotica tra piante animali e esseri umani. In un ambiente nel quale la vegetazione è rigogliosa, gli animali sono genuini, dunque gli uomini sono sani.”
Un punto chiave nella filosofia di Sepp Holzer è il rapporto con Madre Natura:” Dobbiamo trattarla come una madre, come una persona, come noi vorremmo essere trattati!”- continua- “Per anni abbiamo sfruttato la Terra attraverso coltivazioni intensive incentrate prevalentemente sulla monocoltura. Abbiamo raggiunto ora un livello nel quale la Terra non riesce più a darci ciò che pretendiamo perchè abbiamo chiesto troppo. I prodotti sono di bassa qualità dunque la nostra salute direttamente ne risente.Il cibo è la nostra prima medicina”.
In un dinamico gesticolare il ribelle afferma le sue idee. Il pubblico pare incredulo alle sue parole la maggioranza però annuisce sorridendogli.
Le prime domande sorgono:” Come ,dunque, sapere ciò che è giusto o sbagliato per una pianta?”.Giusto il tempo della traduzione -portoghese-tedesco- la risposta per Holzer sembra ovvia, scontata: “ Pensate al naturale. Siate la pianta stessa: Sto bene qui? Di cosa potrei aver bisogno per stare meglio?”
Il lavoro che Sepp conduce è dunque molto semplice . Incanala nella giusta direzione la forza della natura. Afferma con un gaio sorriso di avere un sacco di collaboratori: uccelli, i topi, le talpe e i vermi... Il suo segreto è una profonda collaborazione con la natura, non una lotta, non una competizione. Essendo lui stesso natura è riuscito a capire cos' è necessario in una terra come quella in cui Tamera continua ad espandersi: “La mia prima visita in Tamera mi ha mostrato una terra arida,un clima secco. Una terra che chiedeva acqua. Ho dunque voluto creare un luogo in cui l' acqua potesse essere collezionata. Ho voluto usare quello che la terra ci offre per raggiungere un grande obbiettivo con il minimo sforzo. “ rimangono tutti sbigottiti difronte all' immensità del lago, alla sua portata ma ciò che più colpisce è la quantità di acqua collezionata. Qualcuno pensa ad alta voce: “Pensate che sarebbe andata persa!”.
Il progetto di Sepp Holzer prevede un ricco frutteto tutto intorno al lago, un infinito giardino biologico sufficiente a sfamare la comunità stessa (circa 150 persone) .Valorizzando la biodiversità diviene possibile avviare un progetto di autosufficienza a livello alimentare ed economico . Concetti che sono in chiaro contrasto con la globalizzazione e la vendita massificata di prodotti.
Il lavoro che Sepp conduce non è strettamente agricolo ma ben si fortemente politico. In Tamera in particolare si vuole dimostrare come attraverso la creazione di modelli agricoli sperimentali, ubicati in diverse aree del lago, si possa raggiungere uno stile di vita genuino e svincolato dalle ben rinomate “questioni di mercato”. Il tour prosegue. Itinerante. Ogni area del lago ha la sua particolarità , una sua caratteristica. Creare angoli tropicali, aree dedite alla coltivazione di piante acquatiche e zone dove sarà possibile coltivare cereali provenienti dalla siberia!
Holzer rivela piccoli trucchi : usare grandi pietre , le quali assorbendo il calore del sole diurno possano rilasciare calore la notte attraverso questo semplice sistema Holzer riesce a crescere kiwi e banane a 1500 metri sulle alpi), durante il trapianto di alberi da frutta è importante proteggere le radici dai topi , per questo motivo piccoli topinambur vengono piantati insieme agli alberi in modo che eventuali roditori possano soddisfare le proprie esigenze culinarie con tuberose e non mangiando le radici degli alberi. Un clima gioviale inizia a prendere piede , il gruppo incredulo alle propri occhi inizia ad assaggiare i prodotti che la terra ci regala. Sgranocchiando un rapanello e una rapa il tour diviene sempre più accattivante. La concentrazione aumenta. “La posizione del lago, la forma e la profondità son fattori fondamentali per il miglioramento del lago stesso e dell ' ambiente circostante.” La curiosità ha guidato la fase di progettazione e realizzazione del progetto stesso: “Se non mi fossi mai concesso di fare degli errori non averei mai potuto imparare! “ afferma fiero. Sperimentare è uno dei migliori modi per apprendere un' attenta osservazione ci consente di non cadere ripetutamente negli stessi errori.
Il progetto non ha però solo valenze politiche ed ecologica bensì anche curative. “Il giardino è una terapia . Il contatto con la terra è fondamentale in un processo curativo, per questo ogni anglo deve essere accessibile a bambini , adulti, anziani e disabili. Evidenzia l' importanza di una collaborazione con i bambini, i quali secondo il ribelle sono gli unici “esseri” per i quali la comunicazione con la natura è semplice. I bambini sono gli unici che sanno leggere il libro della natura, capirla e supportarla.
“Per le prossime generazioni è fondamentale aumentare il contatto con la natura, specie in fase puerile” -Sepp suggerice - “ Perchè solo attraverso un vero contatto con la terra gli adulti di domani saranno in grado di adattarsi a diverse situazioni in ogni tempo e luogo. Essere autonomi ovunque essi siano.”
E' fondamentale tornare da dove veniamo:la Terra
Abbiamo un unico mondo. Dobbiamo rimparare a capirlo per scegliere come progettare il nostro futuro.

Water is life! Water is capital!
Development of a water landscape as a model for the ecological recultivation of the Alentejo

On 21st February, the ecologist team of the peace research center Tamera close by Colos invited ecologists and specialists from the region as well as from the universities in Lisbon and Evora to show them the state of the renaturation project inmid of the dry Alentejo region: a model for the ecological healing of the landscape applying the concept of „Holzer´s Permaculture“. Sepp Holzer, mountain farmer, Permaculture specialist* and “rebel farmer“ from Austria, was there and led the guests around the new permaculture lake of Tamera. He explained the principles and experiences of his naturlike agriculture which made him wellknown in many countries.

Fluffy clouds are running over the sky. Fresh green is sprouting on the banks terraces. The team of co-workers and students is planting fruit trees, berry bush, and reed. Around 30 guests have come on this Thursday in February to get to know the permaculture composition and specially the lake of Tamera. Looking closer, the densly growing leaves and spems on the terraces show to be radice, cabbage turnips, different salads, and original cereals growing here lushly. Not in lines and files but higgledy-piggledy like sown by mother nature herself; and the participants of the tour are allowed to taste from this abundance. This first impression of Holzer´s Permaculture which presently is being designed in the peace research center Tamera is convincing. Also to Ana Firmino, biology professor of the university of Lisbon; and her collegue, biologist Daniel Pires from Lisbon, promises to help to choose the right fish. The other participants of the walk among them biologists and naturalists from the region and from Evora want to use the inspiration and experiences for their own work and projects.
The excavation of this first water retention pond around the auditorium of Tamera started in last August.
It is part of a comprehensive concept for the retention and saving of the winter rain, for renaturation of the landscape, for reforestation with mixed cultur and for food cultivation. The basic of the pond is full now. In the case of havy winter rains the water level can grow three or four meter higher – water which then, in the hot summer season can supply the earth body with water.
Mountain farmer Sepp Holzer has gone unusal ways in agriculture for decades. In the last years he had an extraordinary success in many more countries around the world. Tamera invited him last year to help with a comprehensive project of renaturation.
As he came to the Alentejo for the first time he was shocked. “How this land has been treated is bloodcurdling“, he says. „Deforestation, false fire prevention, monocultures, overgrazing: the consequences are erosion, loss of fertility, draughts, tree dying, desertification. After decades of wrong treatment it´s not small steps which are needed, but bigger steps of correction.“

The most important element for the recultivation of such a dry region like the Alentejo is water. “Water is information. Water is life. Water is the biggest capital“, Holzer states. “If nothing grows in summer this is not the fault of the region but of those who work the land. There is enough rain, however the winter rain has to be retained on the site in the right way.“

What is the right way? In the frame of Holzer´s permaculture the basic step is to build decentral retention basins in form of as many as possible tarns, ponds, and lakes in different sizes - embedded in the natural shape of the landscape. Holzer worked like this on his farm Krameterhof which is situated 1700 meter above sea level in the mountains close by Salzburg. There he also built tarns and ponds up to the alp, and made use of their ability to save water and warmth and to grow many different crops – including potatoes, cherries, and even Kiwis.

In the Estremadura in Spain he started three years ago with the renaturation of a site with ill and dying holm oaks (ilex). Meanwhile inmidst of region that slowly is turning into a steppe a lake landscape has emerged which convinces also the most sceptical scientists: lush harvests of vegetables are made on the lake banks, the ill holms are recovering, and the biotope has become a home for bird and other wildlife.

Comprehensive knowledge is needed to design a water landscape with so many functions. Decisive is the shape and the various deep zones of the lakes.
“Look here, the wind washes the mote ashore“. Sepp Holzer shows a more shallow part of the shore in which veils of mold drive in the water close to the bank. “Here we are planting reed and bulrush presently. For them the mold is fertilizer which they filter out of the water and thereby clean it.“
The shore zone do not only serve for the self purification of the lake. Also tropical and subtropical will be grown here. For that the Tamera co-workers fetched some dozends of natural marble stones in a stone pit – stones which otherwise would have been worked into gravel. Now they are stand on the shore and in some shallow parts of the lake. The giants look wonderful – and they are useful as well.
“They work like a tiled stove“, the mountain farmer explains. „During the day the stones are heated by the sun, and in the night they radiate the heat to the surrounding. In this climate you can grow even bananas and avocados, as the warmth of the stones protects them of frost.“

At the deepest spot the lake will have more than 12 meters. „Deep and shallow zones serve as temperature regulators. In winter they will stay warmer and in summer cooler. Thus, many fish will find their different ideal climate and can survive be it trout, carp, or catfish.“
The differences in temparture lead to water movements which carry oxygen into the lake and aid the thriving of fish. In co-operation with local ecologists, Tamera will grow domestic and endangered fish species. They can spawn and later be returned to the local natural waters: an active participation in nature conservation.

The bank terraces are used as cultivable land, tree nursery, and recreation areas. “Edible landscapes“ is a term which which makes the mouths of some participants of the walk water. At many places already now the mixed cultures grow which were sown last year. Sepp Holzer: “We don´t use highly cultivated sorts but as much as possible original ones. Only those plants will sow themselves later by themselves. Those plants – salad, radices, original cereals – are helping plants. They don´t serve only as food but consolidate the teraces, keep the soil covered for the whole year, and support the growth of fruit trees and berry bush. In nature it is the same like with human beings: community is better then solitude.“

Soon water lillies and other water plants will follow, and then also the first fish cultures. “How will the terraces be irrigated?“ a participant wants to know. Sepp Holzer: „The water of the lake soaks the body of the soil during the whole year. The coverage of the ground diminishes the drying additionally. Therefore we need much less irrigation, and for that the lake is close by and the irrigation can be made with tubes easily.“
The terraces of the first lake will completely be designed as edible landscape and tree nurseries. At the shadow side, between the light cork oak forest, different trees and bushes have been planted. When they are bigger they will be used to reforest further parts of the site.

The construction of this first water retention basin since last fall has been made in six weeks with four excavators which moved 100.000 tons of ground. A public road has been displaced. A smoothly rising dam with overflow and an outlet discharge structure, which regulates the water level and make the populations of water plants and fish controllable, belong to the security installations of the lake.
“The local authorities have been extraordinary cooperative and understood the situation“, Holzer praises. “In this first step we have felt supported in our wish to build an ecological renaturation project for the Altentejo.“

Beyond its task of recultivation such a water landscape can become an important economic factor. Sale of water lillies, ornament fish, and edible fish as well as vegetable and fruit, plus the organisation of seminars offer various possibilities.
“It is an interesting thought which however is not our first task“, Silke Paulick explains, on of the project facilitators. “Our most important wish is to give a contribution for healing the landscape and to create a model for a sustainable supply with high-quality food for several hundred people.“

* Permaculture: This term is composed of permanent and agriculture and was first used by the Australian Bill Mollison. Permaculture is a naturlike method of cultivation where not the single crops are cultivated but whole mixed cultures and biotopes. Idea is that a biotope once it is designed rebuilds itself, that the plants resow themselves, and that all the different elements of the ecosystem support each other – just like in nature.

-QUALI SONO I SUOI MAGGIORI INTERESSI? SEMBRA ABBASTANZA ATTIVA SUL FORNTE AMBIENTALISTICO,VERO?

-Verissimo! Da molti anni l' interesse per la natura ha sempre guidato le mie scelte. Lo sguardo antropologico alimentato da una forte curiosità alla scoperta di diverse culture, tradizioni, popoli mi ha spinto a fare scelte di vita che hanno decisamente cambiato la percezione in merito al mio futuro.

-CI SONO PARTICOLARI ESPERIENZE CHE POSSONO ESSERE DEFINITE INDISPENSABILI PER LA FORMAZIONE DELLA SUA PERSONA ?

-Prima di tutto l' educazione che ho ricevuto ha un ruolo fondamentale. Sono cresciuta in una grande famiglia il cui “palcoscenico” era la fattoria del mio nonno. La terra e gli animali sono stati i miei primi compagni di gioco.
Crescendo certamente il viaggiare mi ha portato dove sono attualmente.
Una delle avventure che non può non essere citata è un viaggio che ho fatto tre anni fa in Brasile, più precisamente nel cuore della foresta amazzonica
Ho avuto la possibilità di lavorare con una tribù indios all' interno di una riserva.
Vedere come queste persone vivono in contatto con Madre Natura mi ha decisamente inspirato. Direi profondamente cambiato.
Ho percepito per la prima volta come la foresta amazzonica è veramente La Madre; come ,in grande scala, la Terra è la nostra casa e di quanto sia importante proteggerla.
Ho visto con i miei occhi ciò di cui il mondo ha bisogno ed ora non posso non seguire questa chiamata.
Non posso fare altro che agire in sostegno del nostro pianeta. L' unico che abbiamo.

-MOLTO INTERESSANTE! SOLO UNA PERPLESSITA': COME QUESTA ”CHIAMATA” è APPLICABILE NELLA QUOTIDIANEITA', NELLA VITA DI TUTTI I GIORNI?

-Questa è una buona domanda perché in effetti non è semplice far collimare il desiderio interiore di trovare nuovi stili di vita con il mondo nel qual ora viviamo!
Da quando ho potuto “scegliere per me”, dopo aver completato il mio ciclo di studi , ho deciso di vivere in eco-villaggi in modo da non gravare troppo sull' ambiente. Tentare di condurre uno stile di vita ad “impatto zero”.
Cerco di non prendere aerei e accuratamente scegliere ciò che voglio introdurre nel mio corpo. Seguo una dieta vegetariana da un diversi anni.
Prediligo i prodotti locali e quelli con poco imballaggio.
Conduco una vita molto semplice. Non ho bisogno ogni venerdì sera di una borsetta nuova e la macchina non è un vanto ma uno dei mezzi di trasporto che utilizzo solo se strettamente necessario. Tante piccole scelte che cambiano il mio quotidiano e che dunque prendono una valenza educativa per le persone che mi sono vicine.

-CHE FUTURO DUNQUE PER UNA PERSONA COME LEI?
-Non posso nascondere che tante volte mi sono posta questa domanda. Come trovare posto in un mondo che mi va stretto, che sembra vada in una direzione che non voglio prendere?
La risposta è semplice. Voglio continuare a “lottare” per tentare di cambiare una fetta di mondo che non è più in grado vedere con i proprio occhi dove stiamo andando.
Mi vedo come una figura educativa, uno stimolo per le persone.

-COME RAGGIUNGERE QUESTO OBBIETTIVO?

-Il sogno più grosso è quello di costruire un centro di studi e ricerca su come è possibile condurre uno stile di vita basato su valori che vertono al rispetto di noi stessi, degli altri e del mondo che ci circonda.
So che per tale progetto sono necessari anni di preparazione e tanti sono i gradini che devo ancora percorrere. Inizio dunque come posso. Con le capacità che ora ho .
Adoro scrivere e cerco di farlo in un modo critico. Tento di stimolare gli altri attraverso una lettura alternativa.
Il teatro è la mia passione e come tale cerco di usare questa forma di arte come una terapia (drama-therapy).
Ho una grande facilità nell' apprendimento linguistico cerco dunque di diffondere le conoscenze che ho in ambito ambientale nelle diverse culture e stili di vita.
Sono sempre stata un persona sportiva. La bicicletta è un modo alternativo di viaggiare che adoro.
Mi permette di entrare in contatto con la natura, le persone e me stessa.
In più è un esempio per tutti quelli che mi vedono pedalare attraverso l' Europa da sola o ben accompagnata!

Since that i' m here in Tamera i'm studying what does it means to free our love. Here some sentences based on Dieter Duhum books, wich is one of the founder of the progect in wich i ' m living at the moment.

“Today’s humanity has lost its anchor. Not only do we live in a globalisation of outer violence, but also in a globalisation of human alienation and loss of roots. Wars are not only taking place militarily, but also in love. Millions of people carry within themselves the pains of abandonment and of failure in love relationships. In the hearts of abandoned and betrayed children the potential of violence is born and unloaded in today's world”

“A shift therefore depends on reinforcing the information of healing and deleting the information of destruction. This is an issue with regard to the social, technological and moral structures of a society. New structures that are suitable to strengthen information and power of trust and to clear those of fear. The old code of life, formed by a five thousand year-long history, has but generated morphogenetic fields of fear and violence. A new code must be developed, one that generates morphogenetic field of love and solidarity.”

“We need a solution for the whole of the planet, a basic healing for human beings and Earth, a fundamental new orientation for our cohabitation with all fellow creatures.”

FIVE KEY SENTENCES
First: The entire earth and the entire humanity form an integrated organism, a holistic system, which reacts as a whole to the healing impulses that are injected.

Second: The key information of a new, non-violent code of life is directed to the inner sphere of community, truth, trust, love, Eros and religion. The bifurcations, which set the course for human evolution on earth by taking new directions - as soon as the material prerequisites are fulfilled –, are lying in the inner realm of the human being.

Third: Peace work is healing work. Central to it is the building up of trust. If someone asks, what does peace mean, then the answer is: peace is trust. Trust between human beings; trust between lovers; trust between parents and children, young people and adults; trust between women who love the same man; trust between men who love the same woman; trust between nations; trust between human being and animal; human being and nature; human being and world. The deepest meaning lays in finding the code of trust. Healing Biotopes are places, where conditions that are able to support the emergence and the growth of perpetual trust are consciously created.

Forth: Neither moral appeals, individual conversions, nor individual spiritual exercise will produce the necessary change, instead new communitarian and societal structures have to be developed to promote a continuous growth of truth, trust and solidarity.

Fifth: Communities of the future which will build up the new structures of the inner sphere of human beings will produce a global field and thus have an effect. A new code of life will – as a result of the functioning of holistic systems – change planetary life.

PiZzA PaStA e ... Un ViOlInO!

L' Italia...
...dopo un mese passato in patria (ahahah!!!) tiro finalmente le fila di questo periodo.
Mi va di farlo in particolare per ringraziare tutte le persone che hanno reso questo mesetto spaciale!
Inizaimo dunque dall' inizio; il quale, però, non è stato propriamente italiano!
Jamino mi ha raggiunto nella mia bella casetta portoghese. Abbiamo passato delle ottime giornate insieme, come sempre spensierate e gioiose.
Dopo avergli mostrato il progetto in cui vivo ora, Tamera, ci siamo spostati sulla costa. Siamo stati sull' oceano un paio di notti.
Il primo dicembre facevamo il bagno e prendevamo il sole in spiaggia. Camminando per più di 4 ore sulle bellissime spiagge ed alte scogliere a picco abbiamo scoperto dei posti veramente paradisiaci, incontaminati. Il Portogallo riesce sempre a sorprendermi con la sua infinita bellezza... incredibile!
Una toccata e fuga a Lisbona ci ha lentamente riportato alla civiltà prima di rifiondarci a Milano.
Il 4 dicembre sono dunque arrivata nella smoggheggiante mertopoli, già mi mancava il mio caro cielo stellatissimo portoghese e la super calma di quel piccolo angolo di Alentejo dove ora vivo!
Tre intensissimi giorni con il DALAI LAMA mi hanno decisamente riacceso il cervello!
E' un uomo incredibile un misto tra purezza e saggezza che non può non sconvolgere!
Durante il ciclo di conferenze "Dalailamiche" sono stata da Jami abbiamo fatto da balia a tre monaci un Rimpochè ed il loro traduttore.
E' stata un ' esperienza interessantissima , specialmente quando li abbiamo accompagnati in giro per milano.
Immaginate delle persone che sono nate e cresciute sull' Himalaya , che non hanno mai visto una città improvvisamente sguinzagliate per Milano. La cosa paradossale è stata che non solo loro erano ovviamente incuriositi da tutto ciò che li circondava ma anche i milanesi erano attratti da questi omini rasati vestiti in modo strano! Un continuo fermarci farci fare foto e rispondere a domande... come fossero dei VIP e noi le loro guardie del corpo!!!
Poi.... la "tanto amata" NOVARIA... (che tutte le gioie porta via!!!.... no, non è vero!!!).
Ho passato 4 settimane incredibilmente piacevoli con il mio babbo e mammà, cuggini nonni e zii vari. Gli amici ovviamente hanno fatto la loro parte strafelici di rivedermi ed ovviamente io loro abbiamo fatto un sacco di cose piacevoli insieme. Tra cui un fantastico capodanno umbro. Una vacanza sorprendentemente bella con un pizzico di follia che ci ha fatto letteralmente pisciare dal ridere per più di 3 giorni di fila! 24 su 24 smile no stop!
Rientrata già respiravo aria di partenza e quindi saluti, abbracci, lacrimucce, ringraziamenti ed ultimi inebrianti momenti sono volati via veloci.

Hello to all of u!
It s qiute long time that i don t update my blog.
... back to Tamera.
Not so many things to say.
I daily work in the garden and i love it. I have the luck to have a greate team with me. So much feeling in between us! Every day i enjoy the silence that is in the garden life power and the beauty , of course.

When i was in Sunseed we had the greate possibility to go and help a couple of friend (THAT I REALLY WANT TO THANKS) to build up them own house with car tires.
They are building a special house a earthship.
Earthships what does it means?!
Earthship are earth-sheltered autonumus building made of tires rammed with earth, earthship are usually arranged in "U" or horseshoe shaped modules.
It is a structure that is self-sufficient. It is a building that provides it's own heat, cooling, water, electricity and sewage treatment. In addition it is built with reused or otherwise environmentally sensitive materials, that are relatively cheap, readily available, and easy to use. Used automobile tires meet all of these criteria and make the basic building block for an Earthship.
Each tire is rammed full of earth manually using a sledge hammer. That' s really easy i ll say quite tiring and slow (4 tires per h.) but really interesting from an envirorment point of view.

SUNSEED desert technology

HELLO !
after my lovely experience in Auvergne i went in south direction, not Portugal yet but to Spain: Andalusia.
I decided to go and visit Matteo in Sunseed. I went there "col dedo" (i m getting really professional ;p ) .
It tooks me 2 day of travel but was a lovely one . I met a bunch of interesting people.
I spent one week in Sunseed.
Was greate, new staff members... no point ...i like it so much!
It was nice daily community life. I also spent really sweet moments with a very good friend of mine Evi. ... thank u!
the time pass really fast , maybe too much. As always , when u enjoy things!I saw some changement and that' s so good!

Hello everyone!
I finally arrived to Le Bost by hitch-hike! around 200 km. From Lisboa to Pontamour (Clermont Ferrand)
I had a very good chance (or kharma!!!) and i had only a few lift. What was incredible that just a few km after Madrid i met a guy that drove me untill 20 km far away frm the temple :)...... cool!
anyway, now is 2 weeks , about, that i m here. I had such a warm welcome from my friends. Was greate and I m so happy to be here,actually!!!
The first week i was working i the garden as we were planting trees mostly and my second week was amazing i love it.
We had a retret with Jigmè Rimpoche.
Ok, now i want to express myself in italian... i m sorry!!!
Abbiamo ricevuto degli insegnamenti in merito al Dharma, ovviamente!
Prevalentemente abbiamo appreso come poter sviluppare un comportamento di amore e compassione verso tutti gli esseri ed avere una mente libera dalle emozioni che da un punto di vista Buddhista hanno una valenza negativa. 5 sono le emozioni considerate radice di soffernza:
-ignoranza
-orgoglio
-collera
-gelosia
-desiderio\attaccamento

Cosa vuol dire avere la mente libera, vuota?

Ho per la prima volta avuto la possibiltà di incontrare un Grande Maesto tibetano. E' stato emozionante e solo la sua presenza diffondeva calma e saggezza.
Che dire del mio primo ritiro?
Di sicuro spero che ne seguiranno altri. E' un' esperienza veramente toccante che da la possibiltà indubbiamente di crescere aprire la nostra mente, svilupapre l' empatia.
Offre la possibiltà di entrare sempre più in contatto con quella che è la disciplina Buddhista, il Dharma.
le giornate erano prevalentemente scandite da momenti di meditazione, condivisione ed insegnamenti. sono stai 6 giorni molto molto intensivi nei quali ho potuto veramente lavorare su me stessa .
Vorrei dunque ringraziare di cuore Rabsel per l' enorme possibiltà offertami.
Il ritiro è stato un momento di conferma, dopo un anno dalla mia ultima visita a Le Bost, perchè ho veramente deciso di voler seguire questo cammino. Il Dharma.
E' stata infatti questa profonda motivazione che mi ha spinto a prendere i voti (Guenien) per tutta la vita senza alcuna vera esitazione o paura.
Sono voti che guidano ad una condotta giusta che vertono a non creare sofferenza e fare del bene.
Inizialmente bisogna mettere in discussione noi stessi e smettere di essere concentrati solo sulla propria personale felicità.
I voti sono 5:
-non uccidere (sviluppare un profondo rispetto per la vita)
-non prendere cio che non ci è stto donato (sviluppare dunque capacità come l' altruismo ,la generosità...)
-non mentire (tentare dunque di creare fiducia e rapporti veritieri)
-avere una condotta sessula corretta (non rimanere ancorati al desiderio carnale ma dare più spazio all' amore)
-non prendere delle sostanze intossicanti .
Ecco queste dunque saranno le mie linee guida.

The beginning of september I started an amazing course about strawbales building, here in Tamera.
The aim of the progect was to build up 3 houses with strawbales (of course!) in 21 days!
Gernot Minkel was our professor. We had 3 intense workshop weeks. I learn a lot about eco-buildings and i have the grate chance to biuld up 3.
we whre abou 30 peple from 11 differnts nations working toghether. A lot of cooperation and mutual suppot , i will say ,it had ben the core of our succesful job.
We worked quite hard but in the end everyone was sutisfeded about what we did , Minkel too!
He was a greate teacher. He combined umility and power . He was always open for question and joyfull in his answers.
I don t know if everyone of you know what it means to biuld up a house with strabales but here there is some good reason for do it!.. enjoy! :)
Build with straw is:
-Sustenible: infact straw is a renewable builing material that will grow every year.
It' s a natural resource that doesn t cause any problem on term of its disposal. Build with straw isn t only a cheapest way of building but a proper frindly way of life. It is sustenible because hardly cause negative impact on the envirorment and consume little energy compared to others building materials (mineral wool consume 77 times more thatn straw) because straw absorb carbon dioxide during photosynthesis. Choosing straw it means to renunce to some more polluted material. Good to know there some country, for example Great Britain produce for milions of surplus of strawbales.
-Energy efficiency : more than fifty per cent of the pollution in our world is made by materials costruction and trasportation processes.
Building strawbales houses permit us to save money during the warming winter process because is one of the best material that could be use as isolation. Straw house create a confortable indoor climat. The poor heat storage capability and the external plaster (from 3 to 6 cm thick) gives a good climat eatrhs bricks with out humidity,also. This “new” way of costruction could redece the CO2 gas emmition on our planet in a considerable way!
-Good thermal isolation: even cheaper than a normal heating system, as we saw before. Str is greate because during the day the straw store the warm and it let it go during 24 hours.
-Good sound isolation: stra are also really good for sound isolation infact in USA a lot of music recording studios are made of strawbales. In Italy, for example, more and more buildings built by airport are made with this precious material with the aim to got good noise cheap isolation system.
-Good fire resistence: even if every one could thing that straw is not the best material agains fire we have to relize our self , infact , strawbaleshouses got areally hight fire resistance bacause it s plasered on both sides. Strawbales is even better than wooden houses. In germany and Austria strawbales walls got the “fire resistance rating of F90”. This was first established according to Australian builing standards.
-Low cost: At the moment straw produsction always have a surplus that make it really cheap. Straw is also condidered as waste material. Normaly it cost around 1.60 euro per bale. Let' s thing about a normal home with two floors, two bedrooms... we will need approximatly 520 bales that it means 830 euro, comparet to normal material we will save something like sixthousen euros!
Build up strawbales house is easy compare to a conditional way that it means that we will save money also for the buiding process.
The most significant econmical saving it came from the heating on long term point of view, infact compare to a normal biuling we could save the 75% of money that we normally use for warm our homes.
-Healty structure: a good straw , better if organic, doesn' t cause any allergic reaction. It s raccomanded only during the buildin process, for this persons how got dust allegies sholud there for wear a breathing protection mask. Occupants of a completed build with rendered walls will not face any risk. Straw doesn t have any harmful tranpiration ,like normal material do (formaldehyde) , and got tranpiration system. Live inside strawbales home is also good for our “spirit” at first for the good sound isolation and also the baeuty that sprauts!
-”Free creativity structure”: Build your house with strawbales give you also the possibility to do it by your own that s permit you to create interaction in between the pertecipant of the building process. Mostly straw builing side are much more happy than a normal one, even children could be good support and find the right place in the builing process. Build with straw is a greate social experience. I KNOW IT!
During the process we also use recicling material like for example plastic bottles for the roof and the floor as isolation system , we collected corck from the area (there s a lot all aroud) and we fix it in between strabales holes...

...so know that i know how it works i just need people, one day, for build up my own one :)

Tamera again...ya!
my trip was quite long, some how challenging. At the beginning the plan was Genova -Barcellona by boat and Barcellona -LIsboa by bus ... but at soon as i arrived in Spain i got the great news that i couldn t travel with my bike on intenational buses :(

So 4 days trip instead 2. never mind!
Matteo was with me in Barcellona and he really help me to find out the best solution but mostly my power again!thank u!

Back to school, a spacial one .
Were the walls are made by strawbales , the classroom is the forest and there' s space for trustable realtionships and inner work!
I'm feel good here. I'm learnig a lot about ecology, bio architecture, group dinamics and spirituality.
We live in a very simple way in contact with nature. We try to respected it as much as we can. LEARN FROM IT.
We train our self to live with open heart. We try to bring the Peace all around the world mostly in the crisis areas, so called 3° world.
Step in Tamera is like to step in a very different reality. A "word" were human being and nature try to cooperate to create a better world.
World that belongs to every one.
The only wordl that we have and we should take care!

Why i' m here?
